Building for the Future

Over the past ten years, we have rejoiced to see the Lord gathering in His church in Powassan. Week after week, we have been blessed to worship together on the Lord’s day. “Thus far the Lord has helped us.” (1 Samuel 7:12)
Due to the challenges related to the COVID pandemic and regulations, we have seen an increased need for a facility for worship services. Over the past two years, we have often worshipped outdoors, or in homes, or barns. Though we are thankful for the Lord’s blessings in these situations, this has meant that the congregation has often been divided into smaller groups.
We are thankful to announce that the Lord has provided us with an ideal vacant property on Latour Crescent, just north of Powassan. We are hoping to build on this property in the near future, perhaps even beginning the project in 2022. For the latest updates, see the PDF below.
We welcome your support for this project. Please pray that the Lord would continue to provide a place for us to worship, give us wisdom throughout this process (James 1:5), and please consider if you are able to help.
If you are able to help us financially, this can be done in one of the following ways:
